Brief History of me

After many years of stagnation, back in October 2019 I decided to start changing my life. By February 2020 my weight has gone down by 50 pounds, increased balance/flexibility and strength are some of my accomplishments through changing my diet and starting yoga, aerial dance as well as daily cardio. With these changes my study habits have also changed into researching new and interesting areas. Having finished two MOOCS(Learning How To Learn, Mindshift which are both linked on my Completion List page) on learning this one popped out at me. As substantial as my physical progress has been, I have also been pushing my mental/emotional progress forward as well.

My goals are to continue on this path of self betterment and keep progressing forward for the sake of personal happiness for me and my family.
